The following general conditions apply to all purchases of conference/course participation on this website (www.electronic.se) unless otherwise stated. Special conditions may apply in some cases and are then specified separately.
General terms
Make sure that you belong to the target audience for the course and that the purpose and content meet your needs. We only accept orders through our web portal. Customers must be 18 years old or have parental permission to buy from us.
Save the recipt (e-mail) you receive from us (sender: info@electronic.se). We reserve us for misprints and misinformation due to technical or human errors. Changes to the following conditions must be agreed in writing between the Seller and Buyer to be valid.
Prices
All products prices (conference participation) on this website are in SEK currency and local VAT (25%) is excluded.
Payment
Payment is made through our website with credit card, or by invoice. Common to both ways is that the fee must be fully paid before the opening of the conferences, i.e. April 25, 2018.
You can feel safe with card payments via this website, we work with PayEx for secure payments over the Internet. PayEx payment solutions is PCI Certified by Visa and MasterCard. For security reasons we do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers. All payment information is encrypted on the payment server at PayEx which is secured using SSL certificates.
When purchasing with credit card your account will be charged at the time of ordering. Receipt for card payments is issued in connection with confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
Delivery
On completion of payment the buyer is granted participation at the EEC 2018 to be held at the Kistamässan, Kista, Sweden during the period April 25-26, according to the current order.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to Just Event Sverige AB. Email: info@justevent.se
Cancellations until April 1, 2018 will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees except a 500 SEK administration charge. Cancellations after this date will not be eligble for refund. In case of illness can another person go in the Buyer’s place, however this must be communicated to Just Event Sverige AB no later than 7 days before the opening of the conference.
Personal Information
Personal information that we receive from the Buyer is stored and / or processed in accordance with the applicable and current Swedish legislation on protection of personal data. We own the right to use such personal data in the context of our work on the conference/cource and to disclose such personal information to Just Event Sverige AB as well as to agents and subcontractors who perform services for us.
Force Majeure
Just Event Sverige AB is not responsible for non-performance in case of circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including, among others strike, war, law or natural disasters.
